Anyone who’s trying to grow. Whether you’re an athlete, creative, student, or just figuring things out. If you care about discipline, mindset, and building something with purpose, this is for you.
What can I expect from mentorship sessions?
These aren’t scripted calls. We talk about whatever you need. Mindset, routines, confidence, setbacks, structure, goal setting. It’s a space to get honest and build.
Are the eBooks just for athletes?
Not at all. A lot of my stories come from sport, but the lessons apply to life like consistency, habits, staying grounded, and finding an identity outside of a profession. Anyone chasing progress will get value from them.
How often do new tools or products drop?
I only put things out when they’re real and ready. You can expect new digital tools, eBooks, and eventually a physical journal but everything will be based on what’s actually helped me grow.
