Refund Policy

At WeMove, we value honesty, transparency, and respect for your time and commitment. Below is our policy on refunds for all digital products and mentorship services.
Digital Products (eBooks, Templates, Journals, etc.)
All digital product sales are final.
Due to the nature of instant digital downloads, we cannot offer refunds once a purchase is completed. If you experience an issue with your file or download, please contact us at wemovecoachingcontact@gmail.com and we’ll do our best to resolve it quickly.
Mentorship Sessions (1-on-1 Calls)
You may reschedule or cancel your booked session with at least 24 hours' notice. If you notify us at least 24 hours in advance, you’ll be eligible for a full refund or reschedule.
Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows are not eligible for a refund.
Workshops & Future Services
Refund policies for workshops or upcoming services will be clearly outlined at the time of booking. Always check the session or event details for specific terms.
